Offering the full continuum of care on 2 beautiful campuses as well as community services through Atrio Home Care, Faith Hospice, Care Resources, Reliance Community Care Partners, and Tandem365! Responsibilities

• Delivers compassionate resident care in alignment with the mission of Holland Home
• Conducts assessments, administers medications, maintains the medication cart, and follows through with physician orders
• Provides guidance and supervision to CNAs and other assigned staff
• Assists physicians with evaluations and procedures as directed
• Ensures timely completion of all necessary documentation
• Establishes trusting relationships with residents and their families, offering emotional support and addressing any concerns that may arise
  

First Shift RN/LPN Opportunities

• 1st shift | 6:30pm - 7pm | 12hrs per pay period
  

Every other Sunday
Qualifications And Requirements

• A current and valid MI RN/LPN license is required
• Must be CPR certified
• Prior experience with geriatrics preferred but not required as there is a lot of support on the units
• Basic computer skills to chart in the EMR
