Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
• Coordinate logistics for events, including scheduling, vendor management, and on-site support
• Assist in creating marketing materials, content, and promotional communications
• Track campaign and event performance, providing reports and insights for improvement
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent branding and messaging
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and promotional calendars
• Other duties as assigned
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor at all times
• Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external clients

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in marketing or related field preferred
• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience
• Able to successfully pass a criminal background check (following a conditional offer of employment)
• This role requires the ability to work in an office or hybrid environment with extended periods of sitting, as well as active participation in events that may involve standing and walking for long durations. The position may require lifting and transporting event materials (up to 25–40 pounds), setting up displays, and working in fast-paced or outdoor environments.
• Occasional travel and strong communication stamina are necessary for coordinating events and engaging with vendors, clients, and attendees
