Job Summary

Own the planning and execution of brand events from concept to post-event analysis, coordinating cross‑functional teams, vendors, and budgets.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate all phases of brand events including trade shows, product launches, corporate meetings, and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and sales teams to develop event concepts that align with brand objectives and campaign strategies.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee event budgets to ensure cost-effective and high-quality event delivery.
  • Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, transportation, audiovisual needs, and on-site event management.
  • Track and analyze event performance metrics, gather attendee feedback, and prepare post-event reports to inform future event planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in event coordination or brand marketing roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Preferred

  • Experience working within a corporate brand or marketing department.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms to support event promotion.
  • Certification in event planning or project management (e.g., CMP, PMP).
  • Ability to travel as needed to support events across various locations within the United States.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming event-related challenges.
