Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own conversion optimization across websites, landing pages, funnels, apps, and digital experiences.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the entire sales funnel — awareness → consideration → conversion → retention.
  • Plan, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across UX, layout, messaging, offers, and flow.
  • Write and optimize conversion-driven copy (headlines, CTAs, value propositions, page structure).
  • Build, optimize, and manage funnels in GoHighLevel (lead gen, booking, sales, automations).
  • Optimize mobile-first UI/UX — this is non-negotiable.
  • Analyze and connect insights across: Consumer and behavioral data; App and website analytics using GA4; Online ordering and transaction performance; Digital campaign performance; Social media and paid advertising results.
  • Partner with creative, UX, paid media, and development teams to align traffic → experience → conversion.
  • Translate data, heatmaps, recordings, and reports into clear, prioritized optimization actions.
  • Proactively research, test, and launch new initiatives, tools, and frameworks to improve performance.
  • Manage multiple optimization initiatives with ownership, urgency, and accountability.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in conversion optimization, growth marketing, funnels, or performance-driven roles.
  • Hands-on experience with GA4 — including event tracking, funnel analysis, and performance reporting (required).
  • Experience optimizing funnels tied to paid social, search, and programmatic media (required).
  • Proven experience with A/B testing, CRO frameworks, and funnel strategy.
  • Strong ability to write and evaluate copy for conversion, not just design.
  • Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (funnels, automations, forms, integrations).
  • Deep understanding of mobile-first UX/UI and responsive behavior.
  • Ability to evaluate and synthesize multi-channel data into actionable insights.
  • Experience working across multiple industries with different KPIs and conversion metrics.
  • Highly self-directed, curious, and proactive — you don’t wait to be told what to optimize.

Nice To Have

  • Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or custom e-commerce builds.
  • Familiarity with tools like Hotjar, Looker Studio, VWO, Optimizely, or similar.
  • App optimization or CRO experience beyond traditional web flows.
  • Strong understanding of paid media performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, LTV).

Benefits

  • Ownership, creative freedom, direct visibility into how your work impacts revenue across diverse industries.
  • Opportunities for career advancement through internal promotions.

InnoVision Marketing Group

The magic happens when everyone sees the same vision and has the same goal. Yet, everything starts with an idea. So naturally, ideation, defined as the process of forming ideas or images, became essential to our company’s core competency, Marketing Ideation. Regardless of the size, scope or magnitude of a project or campaign, we demand it must have a big idea as its foundation. And we don’t build it until it does.We derive our inspiration for ideation from our client’s vision. We select the clients we work with as carefully as they select us. We choose to work for clients that have a vision, passion and a relentless desire to be the leader in their category by providing the best brand experience for their end user. Our goal is to get inside the mind of our clients and see their vision. Our commitment is to assist them in bringing their vision to fruition by understanding their brand, their end users and their goals. We then go to work and make it our mission to develop strategies and plans that are innovative, different and consistent. It’s what makes the magic, but we have another name for it. We like to call it results.
