Job Summary

Own social and community-building through campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, website, and NEON CRM, shaping CONTRA-TIEMPO's brand to grow reach and deepen ties.

  • Social & Community Growth: drive campaigns that convert followers into an engaged fan base across platforms.
  • Brand & Communications Ownership: ensure consistent messaging that advances the mission and sustains funding health.
  • Analytics & Collaboration: track who engages, why, and how to expand participation with cross-functional partners.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of campaigns to create and sustain an engaged and loyal fan base across multiple social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, website, our CRM (NEON), etc.
  • Ensure that CONTRA-TIEMPO’s brand, identity, and mission are communicated regularly, powerfully, and effectively with the objective of growing our reach, deepen community ties, and sustaining financial health.
  • Bring analytical skills to track and report on growth, and organizing instincts to ask not just how many people are showing up - but who, why, and how do we bring more of our people in.
  • This role is highly collaborative and will work across the organization with multiple stakeholders.
  • This position plays a large role in our organization's overall communications strategy and in building participation for our programming.
