Pay: $25/hr (W2 without benefits) OR $23/hr (W2 with benefits)

Job Summary

Looking for a detail-oriented Content Writer/Documentation Specialist to create, review, and manage documentation while ensuring quality and consistency across content libraries.

Key Responsibilities

·      Create, edit, and maintain documentation

·      Improve clarity, accuracy, and consistency of content

·      Develop runbooks and process guides

·      Manage large content libraries

·      Collaborate with teams to document processes

·      Update and modernize existing documentation

·      Ensure compliance with documentation standards

Required Skills

·      Strong content writing and editing experience

·      Experience with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Power Platform, Copilot Studio)

·      Knowledge of runbooks and documentation systems

·      Experience handling large content repositories

·      Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
