Responsibilities

• Create a variety of text-based digital content for multiple clients.
• Write optimization briefs and fully executed articles, video scripts, and infographic text.
• Work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with editors, writers, and the content project manager.
• Optimize existing client content for relevance and authority.
• Research and develop content briefs for new content creation.
• Contribute to editorial guidelines and playbooks for client engagements.
• Research content-related trends for points of view, blog posts, and weekly staff meetings.
• Apply SEO best practices, including hands-on keyword research.
• Support content creation workflows involving human review and AI-driven technologies.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of hands-on digital writing experience.
• Reporting experience and knowledge of fact-checking best practices.
• Comfort with and experience in human-in-the-loop content creation processes.
• Willingness to evolve and grow alongside content technology.
• Experience with SEO, including hands-on keyword research and current best practices.
• Experience with AIO (AI Optimization) and interest in staying current with evolving industry best practices.
• Strong attention to detail and grammar.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• Ability to write clear and engaging copy across different subject matters.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with staff and freelancers in a remote environment.
