About the Opportunity

This opportunity is for accomplished creative writers, journalists, novelists, essayists, editors, and publishing professionals interested in contributing to advanced AI research and evaluation projects.

You'll apply your literary, editorial, and storytelling expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated content across a wide range of writing formats. The work focuses on enhancing narrative quality, stylistic precision, editorial consistency, and creative reasoning to help develop next-generation AI systems.

This is a flexible, project-based opportunity. No prior AI experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Review, edit, and refine AI-generated content, including articles, essays, novels, short stories, speeches, and long-form creative writing.
• Evaluate writing for literary quality, originality, structure, tone, voice, clarity, coherence, and thematic depth.
• Provide detailed editorial feedback and actionable recommendations to improve AI-generated content.
• Assess narrative elements such as character development, dialogue, pacing, storytelling, and stylistic consistency.
• Apply professional editorial judgment to ensure high-quality written outputs across multiple formats.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support the development of advanced AI language models.
• Maintain exceptional standards of writing quality, accuracy, and creative excellence.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in creative writing, journalism, novel writing, essay writing, or related literary fields.
• A substantial portfolio of published work, including books, articles, essays, or recognized literary publications.
• Exceptional command of narrative structure, storytelling, voice, dialogue, character development, and literary style.
• Strong editorial, proofreading, and manuscript evaluation skills.
• Excellent written communication with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to provide thoughtful, constructive, and well-reasoned editorial feedback.

Preferred Qualifications

• Work published in prestigious literary journals, magazines, anthologies, or professional publications.
• Recipient of recognized literary awards, fellowships, honors, or writing distinctions.
• Professional experience as a book editor, acquisitions editor, developmental editor, literary agent, manuscript evaluator, literary scout, documentary writer, speechwriter, memoir ghostwriter, or literary critic.
• Experience evaluating complex written work across multiple genres and formats.
• Familiarity with AI, language models, editorial evaluation, or content review projects is a plus.

Compensation

• Competitive compensation of $75–$100/hour.
• Weekly payments.
