Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full content pipeline across multiple clients, from briefing through final delivery
  • Own Asana ~ building and maintaining project structures, deadlines, and accountability across the team
  • Review and proof all copy and content before it moves forward, catching errors and inconsistencies at every stage
  • Manage a team of editors ~ overseeing their output, giving clear feedback, and keeping projects on track
  • Build and maintain spreadsheets that track asset status, deadlines, and progress across clinics
  • Oversee video asset organization, versioning, and handoffs
  • Coordinate filming days, asset collection, and cross-functional deliverables
  • Communicate clearly with medical providers and clinics on content needs and timelines
  • Maintain organized content libraries, file structures, and reporting dashboards
  • Identify gaps in existing systems and proactively build solutions before they become problems

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in content operations, digital marketing, or a similar field
  • Exceptionally sharp attention to detail, especially with copy, formatting, and asset organization
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel ~ conditional formatting, status tracking, and building systems from scratch
  • Proven experience managing the work of a creative team, not just contributing to one
  • Deep, hands-on fluency with Asana
  • Comfort working with video assets and post-production workflows
  • Strong written communication skills with a genuine editorial eye
  • Fluency with AI tools ~ you use Claude, ChatGPT, or similar tools daily and know how to prompt effectively, not just experiment occasionally
  • A growth mindset ~ you treat every system, process, and deliverable as something that can be iterated on and improved; you don’t just maintain, you elevate
  • Natural leadership instincts ~ you don’t wait to be told there’s a problem; you see it, flag it, and fix it; people trust you to hold the standard

Preferred

  • Experience catching inconsistencies, spelling errors, and formatting issues without prompting
  • Color codes their Asana boards without being asked
  • Builds spreadsheets from scratch
