Job Description

Responsibilities

Create and manage content for website pages, landing pages, and product pages
Develop marketing materials (product descriptions, datasheets, brochures, solution briefs) and advertising/campaign content (email, social copy, banners, paid ads)
Produce articles and written content for internal/external communications and coordinate press releases with MarCom leadership
Ensure content adheres to brand voice, SEO best practices, trademark usage, and compliance; manage Salesforce content assets
Oversee content development workflows from briefs through revisions to final approvals to meet deadlines
Collaborate with Legal, IT, Marketing, and Sales; coordinate with designers to ensure brand-consistent copy
Maintain basic HTML/CMS knowledge and format/publish content or work with web publishing resources
Apply editorial rigor: clarity, structure, grammar, and audience-appropriate language

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3–5+ years of experience in marketing communications, B2B content, or product marketing content
A portfolio of relevant writing samples (web pages, product collateral, articles, press releases) is required

Preferred

Experience supporting B2B manufacturing, technology, telecommunications, or engineered products
Familiarity with SEO tools and workflows (keyword intent, metadata, on-page optimization)
Experience working within a CMS (WordPress preferred) and collaborating with web teams
Experience with Salesforce and/or Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot)
Basic HTML knowledge and understanding of web content structure
