Job Summary

Own the end-to-end content strategy and publication lifecycle across Tyonek channels, collaborating with marketing and cross-functional teams to research, develop, and publish content that educates and engages multiple personas throughout the cloud journey.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the marketing team to research, develop, and publish marketing content targeted at various stages of the cloud journey and compliance requirements
  • Develop and maintain content calendar for channels
  • Project manage the development and publishing of new content on Tyonek channels
  • Work with internal stakeholder teams to ideate and define content goals
  • Ability to plan and develop content for multiple platforms
  • Research content and industry trends to ensure that content is relevant and appealing to multiple personas
  • Help proofread, edit, and finalize materials submitted, ensuring they are on-message and fall within Tyonek's brand and voice
  • Regularly interview internal and external subject matter experts to create content for publication online and in print
  • Communicate content results on a regular, specified cadence
  • Support company events and community outreach activities

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in a content marketing or technical writing role
  • Proven ability to work cross-functional across numerous organizations
  • Flexible and willing to take on new projects
  • Excellent time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting to changing market and organizational dynamics
  • Ability to take complex concepts and bring them to life in an easy-to-understand, conversational style
  • Excellent grammar skills with impeccable attention to detail

  • Graphic Design skills are a plus
