Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily publishing for assigned pop-culture and "girly meme" focused social media pages.
  • Develop and maintain content calendars rooted in internet trends, and cultural moments.
  • Ensure a consistent posting cadence while maintaining quality, relevance, and authenticity.
  • Create and curate girly memes, film quotes, pop-culture posts, and trend-driven content that resonates emotionally and socially.
  • Adapt internet trends and formats into content that feels native to female skewing and pop-culture audiences.
  • Execute content that seamlessly integrates music promotion in a way that feels organic and audience-first.
  • Support social-first campaigns by translating briefs into female-driven or pop-culture content.
  • Help promote music releases through emotionally resonant storytelling, captions, and visual formats.
  • Ensure all branded or promotional content aligns with platform best practices and audience expectations.
  • Monitor performance across pages and adjust creative strategy based on engagement and growth insights.

Requirements

  • Prior experience managing or assisting with social media accounts is preferred; this may include internships, freelance work, managing personal or theme pages, or running accounts for organizations or brands.
  • Strong understanding of pop culture, girly meme content, and meme-driven internet behavior.
  • Ability to create emotionally resonant, shareable content that performs well across platforms.
  • Comfortable using tools such as Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Interest in music, entertainment, and social storytelling is a strong plus.
