Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media content across multiple brands
• Create engaging graphics, carousels, and visual assets using Canva or similar tools
• Produce short-form video content for social media platforms
• Write captions and supporting copy that align with brand voice and messaging
• Build and maintain content calendars to support consistent publishing
• Stay up-to-date on social media trends and recommend new content ideas
• Assist with scheduling and publishing content through platforms like HubSpot and Meta Business Suite
• Collaborate with internal team members to incorporate feedback and maintain brand consistency
• Organize and maintain content assets for future use
• Use AI tools to improve content ideation and production efficiency

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience creating social media content for brands or businesses
• Experience creating social media graphics using Canva and/or similar tools
• Experience producing short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts
• Strong understanding of social media best practices, trends, and platform-specific content strategies
• Experience managing content calendars and scheduling social posts
• Familiarity with platforms such as HubSpot, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, or similar tools
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, HubSpot AI, etc.) to support content creation workflows
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and brand guidelines simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with internal teams

Preferred

• Experience writing blog content or website copy
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and AI-assisted search (AEO)
• Experience publishing and managing content through WordPress
