Responsibilities

• We're Hiring a Content & Social Lead!
• This is a hands-on creative role; you'll direct shoots, edit short-form video, and run client accounts. If that sounds like a fit, we'd love to hear from you.
• Must be located in or around the Boca Raton / Lighthouse Point, FL area. This is a hybrid, in-office role; remote applicants will not be considered.

Requirements

• Proven experience editing short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
• Strong creative eye for visual storytelling, aesthetics, and on-brand content
• Experience directing or assisting on photo/video shoots
• Hands-on experience managing social media accounts (preferably client-facing)
• Proficiency in video editing software (CapCut, Edits, Adobe Premiere, or similar)
• Ability to concept, shoot, and deliver content independently
• Strong understanding of current social media trends and platform algorithms
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts/projects simultaneously
