Job Description

Create high-performing short-form video for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
Own the full stack: scripting (strong hooks, storylines, punchlines) filming (fast, clean, high-volume execution) editing (captions, pacing, retention optimization) repurposing + distribution across platforms testing formats and doubling down on what works
Work directly with the founder to turn real company activity into content
No layers. No slow approvals.
Minimum: 1–2 videos per day.

Have posted 200+ TikToks or Reels
Understand not just what works, but why
Think in hooks, retention, and distribution
Constantly spot content opportunities in real life

Understand analytics (what’s working and why)
