Responsibilities

• Produce and edit short-form video using our production process
• Quality-check every asset against our style guide before it ships
• Publish and schedule across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Write and test titles and captions; keep what wins, cut what doesn't
• Track performance and deliver a simple weekly report on winners and losers
• Turn what you learn into notes that shape next month's shoot
• Document and improve our process so we get better every week
• Support shoot days, call sheets, talent coordination, gear prep, b-roll

Requirements

• You have receipts. You've built, shipped, sold, or run something real — a channel, , a club, a team, a project that actually happened. One real thing beats three years of "experience."
• Reliable to a fault. You show up when you said you would, every time, and your references will confirm it.
• AI-native. You use Claude or ChatGPT daily and get excited about making tools do the work.
• Some video ability. We're hiring an operator, not a motion-graphics artist.

• Bonus: Content Creation experience, technical experience, you've grown an audience of any size.
