Job Summary
Own the end-to-end media production workflow for podcasts and short-form video across multiple platforms, with clear ownership of creation, editing and asset management.
- Podcast and video production: Record, edit, and finalize episodes for distribution across social channels.
- Content creation and publishing: Produce short-form clips for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts to drive reach and engagement.
- Media operations and collaboration: Manage asset library, coordinate with hosts/guests and the marketing team to ensure timely delivery.

- Film and edit video content for social media and marketing campaigns
- Add graphics, transitions, captions, and audio enhancements
- Manage media files and content archives
- Collaborate with hosts, guests, and marketing team
- Create short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms
Requirements
- Experience with video editing software
- Knowledge of podcast production and audio editing
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
- Strong creative and storytelling skills
- Portfolio of previous work preferred
