About The Role

We’re looking for a highly creative and versatile Content Producer & Designer to help bring the Mello brand and client projects to life through video, photography, editing, design, and visual storytelling.

This role will create content across social media, ad campaigns, product launches, behind-the-scenes factory content, branded shoots, and internal creative projects.

You’ll work directly inside our warehouse and creative environment capturing products, production processes, team culture, and branded storytelling content.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating fast-paced, high-quality content and wants to help shape the visual identity of a growing modern manufacturing and lifestyle brand.

Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit video content for social media, ads, campaigns, and brand storytelling
• Capture product photography and behind-the-scenes warehouse content
• Create short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and paid advertising
• Edit reels, marketing videos, launch content, and promotional assets
• Create marketing and advertising creative assets
• Assist with graphic design projects including digital assets, presentations, mockups, email graphics, and marketing materials
• Support product launches and campaign creative
• Collaborate with the creative, marketing, sales, and production teams on campaigns and content ideas
• Help maintain and evolve the visual identity of the Mello brand
• Organize and manage photo/video assets and creative files
• Stay current on creative trends, editing styles, and social content formats
• Help document the growth and behind-the-scenes story of the company

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in content creation, videography, photography, creative production, graphic design, or related fields
• Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
• Strong understanding of social-first content and modern brand aesthetics
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator
• Ability to shoot both photo and video content
• Understanding of lighting, framing, composition, and storytelling
• Strong creative instincts and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with apparel, fashion, merchandise, hospitality, lifestyle, or consumer brands is a major plus
