Responsibilities

• Create and edit short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Develop content from podcast episodes, including video clips and promotional assets
• Assist with light podcast production (clip selection, formatting, publishing support)
• Repurpose content across platforms, including social media and newsletter support
• Contribute creative ideas to increase visibility and engagement
• Manage and support social media engagement, including comments, DMs, and audience interaction
• Assist in drafting and organizing the weekly Navelle Edit newsletter
• Write captions and support content scheduling
• Gather audience insights and feedback to inform content and product decisions
• Help maintain a consistent, engaging brand voice across platforms

• Strong communication and organizational skills
