Responsibilities

• Writer - General knowledge of computer servers, AI, and workstation technologies to create meaningful written content such as solution briefs, whitepapers, blogs, and brochures. - Identify errors in collateral and suggest changes for clarification. - Basic proofreading skills with attention to technical details. Collateral Creation - Modify and update existing brochures and data sheets to meet product managers' requirements. This includes Brochures, Success Stories, Data Sheets, and other styles. - Import existing content into Supermicro external templates, and modify per Supermicro standards. - Work closely with the creative design team on new templates Collateral Printing - Understand and communicate with commercial printing companies to ensure high-quality and correct collateral. - Knowledge of the specifics of ordering professional-grade printed collateral. - Ensuring that campus-wide collateral locations are consistently refreshed. General - Ability to multitask with multiple priorities. - HTML scripting is a bonus. - Understanding of CPU and GPU general technologies. - Ability to work in Word and Adobe Creative Suite

Requirements

• 2+ Years of high-intensity InDesign and Photoshop experience
• Onsite at the Supermicro headquarters in San Jose, CA
• Knowledge of exporting content to various PDF formats.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with a wide range of demanding clients.
• Previous experience working at a technology company.
• Ability to carry 20 lbs. of collateral.
• This is a temp position for 6 months
