Responsibilities

• Develop and execute core content programs, including blogs, articles, press content, resource materials, thought leadership, and campaign content.
• Own the strategy, development, and ongoing optimization of FAQs, website copy, LinkedIn articles, and provider bios.
• Lead FAQ strategy and creation, including question sourcing, prioritization, structure, and continuous improvement.
• Lead and execute content narratives and priorities based on audience needs, performance data, and business goals.
• Collaborate with the Digital PR & Communications team and marketing to ensure content is accurate, aligned, and optimized for performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in content writing, communications, PR, or digital marketing
• Writing samples or published work required
• Experience creating content for external audiences
• Comfort using AI tools (SEMrush, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.)
• Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to change in the mental health space

Preferred

• Hands-on experience in healthcare marketing and communications.
