Job Description
Responsibilities
- Create compelling content aligned with NexCore and Experience Senior Living marketing priorities
- Produce content from concept through writing, editing, publishing, and distribution
- Turn project milestones, business wins, culture stories, recruiting initiatives, and company news into engaging content
- Repurpose stories across channels and formats to maximize reach
- Maintain consistent brand voice, messaging, and quality
- Use AI and emerging tools to support research, ideation, content development, repurposing, and production efficiency
- Create, schedule, and publish organic social content, with a strong focus on LinkedIn
- Develop executive thought leadership and social content
- Identify and capture opportunities for timely company, project, and employee storytelling
- Monitor content performance and recommend opportunities to improve engagement
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in content creation, content marketing, communications, or digital marketing
- Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and proofreading skills
- Experience creating content across social, email, web, long-form, video, and campaign channels
- Strong understanding of social media, particularly LinkedIn
- Comfortable interviewing executives and subject matter experts
- Experience using AI tools to support content creation and production
- Ability to translate complex business topics into clear, engaging content
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Preferred
- Experience in real estate, healthcare, senior living, or multi-location environments preferred

- Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000 / year
