Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a content calendar that supports brand awareness, demand generation, and product education goals
  • Source and research relevant stories from around the business, from our customers, and from the legal industry
  • Write and edit high-quality content including blog posts, case studies, white papers, email campaigns, social media copy, and sales enablement materials
  • Research and create videos, podcasts, and other interactive content formats
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, design, and customer success teams to source stories, insights, and subject matter expertise
  • Maintain content marketing infrastructure of calendars, quote databases, and brand deliverables
  • Build and maintain a library of customer stories and case studies that demonstrate measurable business impact
  • Develop creative content campaigns to drive brand awareness and demand generation goals
  • Manage and optimize content for SEO and AEO/GEO, ensuring content drives organic traffic and supports search visibility goals
  • Track and report on content performance metrics, using data to inform strategy and iterate on what's working
  • Partner with external agencies, freelancers, or contractors as needed

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in content marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS, legal, or technology company
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and formats
  • Proactive perseverance. You don’t just wait to be told what to do, you see a problem and solve it
  • A portfolio of published work that demonstrates range, clarity, and strategic thinking
  • Strong project management skills. You're organized, meet deadlines, and can manage multiple workstreams at once
  • Experience creating content for an enterprise audience (legal, finance, or professional services experience)
  • Familiarity with SEO and AEO/GEO best practices and tools
  • Familiarity with content analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Marketo)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce
  • Comfort working in a small, high-growth, high-velocity startup environment

Preferred

  • Experience with video content production or podcast coordination
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g. Figma, Photoshop)
  • A legal background, or deep familiarity with how legal teams think and work
