Quality & Speed: Iterate messaging and refresh materials quickly to stay relevant.

Job Description

Develop, create, and edit marketing collateral by turning long copy into short form and sharpening messaging.
Partner with brand, segment, product marketing, and regional teams to ideate and produce campaigns across web, social, earned media, and collateral.
Continuously optimize messaging and refresh collateral as needed for relevance and impact.
Publish 5–10 blogs worth of copy weekly, adjusting cadence to project needs.
Demonstrate strong writing and editing skills and distill complex ideas into engaging copy.
Own projects end to end, coordinating stakeholders and subject matter experts.

At least 4–6 years of experience developing content for marketing teams, especially ads, social, and brand messaging.
Strong writing that blends emotional, logical, and informative tone.
Detail-oriented editing and refining copy.
Exceptional problem-solving and ability to push continuous improvement.
Effective project management and willingness to challenge the status quo.
Adaptable to a fast-paced dynamic environment and able to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
Understand AI as a development tool versus letting AI do the writing.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage feedback cycles.

Experience with alternate storytelling forms such as video, images, presentations, and social.
