Job Summary

Own the end-to-end support for Snap Sessions production and content creation, including planning and organizing shoots, capturing and editing behind-the-scenes content, coordinating artist outreach, and managing assets, while staying on top of trends and contributing to new content ideas and campaigns.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Assist with planning and organizing meetings and content shoots.
Capture behind-the-scenes photos and videos.
Help edit short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
Assist with artist outreach and communication.
Organize digital files, footage, and project assets.
Research current social media and music industry trends and strategies.
Assist during live shoots with setup, lighting, equipment, and general production tasks.
Brainstorm creative ideas for new content series and campaigns.
Perform other administrative and creative tasks as needed.

Requirements

Passion for music, entertainment, and content creation.
A camera, phone, or basic equipment to help film
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or Premiere Pro is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Reliable transportation is preferred for in-person shoots.
