Job Summary

Own cross-channel enrollment storytelling by building and maintaining a focused content cadence for prospective students, current students, and parents; lead segmentation and Slate-driven personalization while coordinating with campus partners.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Editorial calendar ownership across email, SMS, web, social, print and video.
  • Research, write and edit engaging content for multiple channels to support enrollment and storytelling for prospective students, current students and parents.
  • Strategize for segmented audiences and use Slate CRM to target and hyper-personalize campaigns via ad-hoc and automated emails and SMS.
  • Collaborate with colleges, divisions and departments to craft communications that target students and parents with specific interests.
  • Coordinate with internal marketing and communications teams to share content across email, web, social and print channels.
  • Build reports and analyze data to determine effectiveness and share findings with stakeholders.
  • Update and enhance digital content including email campaigns, stories, photos, videos and other assets; edit and proofread marketing communications.
  • Manage and organize a library of all Division of Enrollment Management communication assets.
  • Monitor peer and competitor marketing for trends, design concepts and creative approaches.
  • Interview or engage with students, alumni and parents to write content for multiple platforms.
