Hosted by Samson Shulman, a former Interscope Records executive turned therapist, the podcast has surpassed 8 million YouTube views and ranks in the top 5% most globally shared on Spotify. We are signed to Companion Arts as an operational partner.

ABOUT YOU:

We're looking for one holistic creative to help build the visual language of a well-being and mental health movement for creatives. This is not just a clipper role. You'll own the visual identity alongside Samson, edit down full interviews, produce short-form content, run the social calendar, and shape how this movement looks and feels across every platform. You bring your own creative vision and a strong pulse on culture. You work independently, push back when it matters, and treat the work like your name is on it, because it will be. Above all, you're passionate about storytelling, well-being and mental health, creativity, and pop culture. The right person will have room to grow with us, including a percentage of future brand deals.

ROLE:

·      Edit full-length podcast interviews into polished, release-ready episodes

·      Create platform-native short-form video for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts

·      Craft visually compelling content aligned with our brand identity

·      Select music that fits the content (suspenseful, inspirational, ambient) or the artist being discussed

·      Write captions tailored to each post and platform

·      Develop and implement social media and marketing strategy aligned with brand goals

·      Engage our online community and respond to comments and messages promptly

·      Analyze content performance and adjust strategies to maximize engagement and reach

EXPERIENCE:

·      Editing podcast interviews and short-form content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) with a track record of strong

engagement

·      Deep understanding of platform-specific trends and audience behavior

·      Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager to boost well-performing organic content

·      Creative, collaborative mindset

·      Genuine passion for music, pop culture, the arts, well-being, personal development and mental health

COMPENSATION:

Base + TBD percentage of future brand deals for the right long-term fit.
