Job Description

Responsibilities

Content strategy and execution across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook
End-to-end production: idea to script to film to edit to publish to performance report
Filming with me directly
Managing freelancers and vendors with clear, direct creative feedback
My personal brand and the company brand moving in the same direction

Requirements

5+ years in content or video production
Has worked directly with a founder or CEO as the face of the brand
Comfortable behind the camera with no crew
Understands B2B content, high-ticket sales psychology, and how platforms actually work
Uses AI in their real workflow
Self-directed. Produces great work without a lot of hand-holding
Hungry. Has ideas. Wants to build something
Full-time role
Based in or near Jupiter, FL.* In person a few days a week, with travel for events and filming
