Responsibilities

• Plan and execute our content strategy across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
• Direct in-person filming sessions with our founder (2-3 times per week)
• Travel to student homes in and around Nashville to film testimonials and house tours
• Edit or manage editors to produce 30-50+ pieces of short-form content per week
• Manage our posting schedule and content calendar
• Track content performance and report back with insights
• Source and manage UGC creators when needed
• Keep our content fresh, on-brand, and scroll-stopping

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience creating short-form video content (TikTok, Reels)
• You can film AND edit (or manage editors who can)
• You understand what makes content go viral and what falls flat
• You've worked with coaches, personal brands, or influencers before
• You're comfortable directing on-camera talent
• You're self-directed and don't need micromanagement
• You're culturally aware and understand our audience (Black and Latina working-class women 32-48)
• You're based in Nashville or willing to travel here regularly
• You have your own filming equipment (phone-first is fine, DSLR a plus)
• You can drive to student homes across Middle Tennessee

Preferred

• Have experience running or managing Meta ads
• Understand the coaching/course industry
• Have worked with a founder-led business before
• Are a Black or Latina woman (representation matters to our audience)
• Are comfortable working with a founder who has mobility challenges
