Responsibilities

• Own Linarc's content. Headlines, emails, landing pages, ads, and LinkedIn posts that get a contractor to switch from Procore or Buildertrend.
• Ghostwrite for our founder, who is blunt and doesn't do hype.
• Script, record, and edit our videos yourself: screen recordings, product walkthroughs, explainers, voiceover pieces (no talking heads).
• Run recurring social series in HubSpot.
• Roughly half writing, half video, and the same voice across both.

Requirements

• 5+ years making B2B content you wrote and produced yourself, not managed
• A portfolio with headlines you’d defend and videos you cut
• Fluent in CapCut, Premiere, or DaVinci, and fast
• Ghostwriting experience, or the nerve to try it
• Comfortable with a blue-collar audience without talking down to them
• A sense of humor that shows up in the work
