Responsibilities
- Viral Strategy (Core Responsibility) Identify daily trends across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts
- Pitch 5–10 viral content ideas every day
- Adapt trends to AI, marketing, entrepreneurship niches
- Write scroll-stopping hooks + multiple angles
- Understand why content goes viral (psychology + structure)
- Guide during shoots for maximum performance
- Track performance & optimize based on data
- 👉 You are the trend radar + algorithm strategist
- Content Oversight & Daily Execution Oversee daily content creation across all platforms
- Guide and ensure production of: Short-form videos
Requirements
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms
- Deep knowledge of viral content formats and trends
- Experience managing or strategizing social media pages
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to identify trends early and act quickly
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Consistent, execution-driven mindset
Preferred
- Prior agency experience
- Experience working with multiple content pages
- Understanding of UGC and performance-driven content
- Basic knowledge of marketing and content funnels
