Responsibilities

• Capture engaging before-and-after project transformations.
• Film content at active job sites using professional equipment.
• Create short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
• Produce long-form YouTube content.
• Edit videos and optimize content for social media platforms.
• Write compelling captions, hooks, and video descriptions.
• Utilize AI tools to improve editing efficiency and content production.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies.
• Help increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfortable visiting construction sites, basements, and crawl spaces.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work onsite in Dallas, North Carolina.

Preferred

• Portfolio, personal social media accounts, or creative projects are a plus.
• Experience using video editing software or mobile editing apps is beneficial but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
