Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies aligned with brand goals and target audiences
- Produce high-quality visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, photography, videography, and video editing tools
- Create engaging, on-trend video content (Reels, TikToks, etc.)
- Edit and post content to social media platforms in a timely manner
- Develop creative ideas and concepts to promote classes, events, and specials
- Produce 2–3 videos per week for social media use
- Stay up to date with social media trends and apply them to content strategy
- Interact with guests on-site to capture authentic and fun moments
- Ensure brand consistency across all content
Requirements
- Experience creating and editing social media content (portfolio preferred)
- Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere, or similar)
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a social, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Must be reliable and available to work on-site Fridays and Saturdays
Preferred
- Experience with event, lifestyle, or hospitality content
- Basic photography skills
- Knowledge of social media analytics and engagement strategies
