Role Description

We are seeking a creative and driven full-time Content Creator to join our team in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area. This on-site role involves developing engaging content across various platforms to enhance brand presence and connect with our audience. Responsibilities include writing and editing high-quality content, producing multimedia assets, creating social media posts, conducting research, and aligning content with the company's brand voice and overall marketing strategy.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Content Writing, Copywriting, and Multimedia Storytelling
• Experience in Social Media Content Creation, Content Management Platforms, and Digital Marketing
• Strong skills in Proofreading, Editing, and Attention to Detail
• Ability to conduct Research and integrate analytical insights into content creation
• Understanding of Branding, Content Strategy, and audience engagement techniques
• Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a team-oriented, on-site environment
• Prior experience in financial services or insurance industries is a plus
