Responsibilities

• Own the full video creation process for product highlights, brand story, behind-the-scenes content, customer stories, events, etc.
• Film & edit high-quality video content for Instagram/Meta and TikTok.
• Execute and expand upon existing video ideas.
• Storyboard, script, and execute your own ideas, aligned with our brand voice.
• Regularly come up with fresh content ideas to fill out our socials, and to create a backlog of future content during our offseason.
• The role has plenty of room for growth, and could open additional opportunity for near full-time hours.

Requirements

• 1-4+ years experience creating compelling content for brands, whether employed directly, with an agency or as an independent creator.
• Strong mobile photography and videography skills with an eye for setting up shots and positioning our products.
• Must have own phone and/or camera to shoot.
• Collaborative mindset & works well with feedback.
• Ability to prioritize tasks to complete projects on time, especially when we have several projects in the works.
• You excel at taking video ideas and running with them, seeing through the planning and execution.
• You are creative and enjoy the challenge of regularly creating fresh content.

Preferred

• Experience creating content in the ski/snowboard, or outerwear space.
• Photography skills preferred but not required.
• Experience with videography equipment, especially if you have your own camera.
• Knowledge of ski and snowboard culture, and/or you are a skier/snowboarder.
• Knowledge of football/NFL fanbases.
