Responsibilities

• leading content strategy and creation, including copywriting, digital storytelling, and crafting brand-aligned materials for our website, app, and social platforms
• writing compelling marketing content
• designing social media campaigns
• coordinating with other team members to align on brand storytelling
• analyzing engagement metrics to optimize future content

Requirements

• Exceptional Creative Writing, Copywriting, and Digital Storytelling skills
• Strong ability to develop Content Strategy, Content Planning, and Editorial Calendar Management
• Experience with Social Media Marketing, Marketing Campaign Design, and Community Engagement
• Proficiency in Research, Market Analysis, and Audience Insights
• Strong skills in Editing and Proofreading, maintaining brand voice across platforms
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, multimedia content creation, and basic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud (preferred)
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation in social connection and community building
• Exceptional communication, collaboration skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving remote environment
• Experience with startups or creative ventures is an advantage
