We’re looking for a Content Creator who can capture the story of agriculture in a compelling, modern, and engaging way.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and self-sufficient Content Creator with strong videography, photography, and editing skills. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to create content that performs both visually and strategically across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

You will be responsible for capturing real, in-field moments and transforming them into polished, engaging content that aligns with The Ag Center’s brand and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality video and photo content on-location (farms, events, job sites, interviews, etc.)
• Edit and produce engaging content for social media, website, and marketing campaigns
• Develop creative concepts and storytelling approaches that resonate with the agriculture audience
• Optimize content based on platform algorithms and performance trends
• Collaborate with internal marketing and media teams to align on campaigns and messaging
• Stay ahead of content trends, editing styles, and platform updates
• Assist in planning and executing content shoots (pre-production to final delivery)
• Organize and manage content libraries and assets

• Must have knowledge of camera equipment and gear including lenses, audio, stabilization, etc.
• Proven experience in content creation (videography, photography, and editing)
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn)
• Proficiency in editing software such as:
• Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.)
• Ability to shoot in dynamic, outdoor environments (ag fields, job sites, etc.)
• Strong storytelling skills with an eye for detail and composition
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team
• Experience creating content that drives engagement, reach, and brand awareness
