Responsibilities

• Coordinate assigned digital marketing, communications, content, social media, or campaign tasks through approved online systems.
• Maintain calendars, briefs, content records, campaign status updates, customer or audience information, and reporting documentation.
• Support research, copy coordination, email, social, promotional, or client-communication workflows relevant to assigned projects.
• Track deadlines, approvals, missing inputs, and routine performance information and communicate updates clearly.
• Prepare organized handoffs, reports, and documentation so campaign work can be reviewed and completed on time.

Requirements

• Strong written communication and dependable professional follow-through.
• Comfort working independently in a 100% remote environment with clear deadlines and documented procedures.
• Ability to use common business tools such as email, spreadsheets, shared documents, CRM, reservation, healthcare, event, or other web-based systems relevant to the role.
• Careful attention to accuracy, confidentiality, record quality, and task completion.
• Ability to learn role-specific systems and communicate questions, exceptions, or status updates promptly.
