Responsibilities

• Design graphics and visual content for social media posts across multiple client accounts, following each brand's voice and visual guidelines
• Schedule and publish posts according to approved content calendars
• Monitor accounts in real time, responding to comments/messages, flagging urgent issues, and engaging with the community in a timely, on-brand manner
• Track performance metrics and compile regular reports summarizing engagement, growth, and content performance
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistency across platforms and clients
• Stay current on platform trends, features, and best practices

Requirements

• Experience creating graphics for social platforms (Canva and Adobe Creative Suite)
• Familiarity with major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and scheduling/publishing tools (Hootsuite or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and consistency, especially when managing multiple client accounts
• Comfort pulling and interpreting basic analytics/reporting data
• Excellent written communication skills for community engagement
• Ability to work independently and manage time, including some evening/weekend monitoring as needed
