Job Description

C ontent & Community Associate (Reddit + X) — AI Automation Airtop ( www.airtop.ai ) | Part-time or Contract-to-hire Airtop helps people build AI agents that automate the web using natural language. We’re hiring someone who is genuinely native to both Reddit and X and knows how to create credible technical conversation (not “brand social” posting). If your experience is mostly Instagram/TikTok/Facebook style content, this will not be a fit. What success looks like (non-negotiable) - You have a real posting history on Reddit and X (not just lurking). - You can write like a human in technical communities: concise, specific, and value-first. - You can turn product capabilities into posts that feel like insights, experiments, or learnings—not ads. What you’ll do - Participate daily in relevant Reddit communities and threads (AI agents, automation, dev tooling, startups). - Publish short-form posts on X that spark discussion among builders (founders, engineers, automation folks). - Turn Airtop use-cases into “show, don’t tell” content: mini demos, teardown threads, tactical tips, before/after workflows. - Track trends and shipping moments; propose weekly content themes and test ideas quickly. - Engage authentically: reply, clarify, share resources, and follow up—without being spammy. You’re a strong fit if you… - Post/comment on Reddit and X at least weekly, and you can point to examples privately later in process. - Have written about (or built with) automation tools (e.g., Zapier, n8n, Make, Retool, Playwright/Selenium, agentic workflows). - Understand community norms: when to comment vs. post, how to avoid downvotes/backlash, how to disclose affiliation appropriately. - Can take a rough idea and turn it into 5–10 post drafts in one sitting. Nice-to-haves (not required) - Experience with developer marketing, community-led growth, or shipping content around dev tools. - Basic comfort reading docs, trying workflows, and summarizing what happened. Practical details - Remote; part-time to start or full time contract, with potential to expand into full time employment long term. - You’ll work directly with the team; fast feedback loop; high ownership. How to apply: Apply via LinkedIn. If you move forward, we will request social media handles and links for Reddit and X.
