Job Summary

You will own community outreach operations for Rox, coordinating events, appearances, and promotions across Central Minnesota, while leading interns and the Rox mascot and ensuring a memorable game-day experience for fans and sponsor relations.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing community events and outreach initiatives throughout Central Minnesota.
Work with front office staff to schedule and coordinate player and mascot appearances at libraries, Boys & Girls Clubs, nursing homes, hospitals, and other community organizations.
Coordinate transportation and logistics for players, coaches, and the mascot at community appearances while helping with photography, giveaways, and event activities.
Assist with check-in and registration for Rox youth baseball camps and other team events.
Lead and coordinate a team of interns and the Rox mascot during community parades.
Work alongside Rox front office staff to welcome and provide exceptional experiences for game-day sponsors.
Assist the promotions team with planning and executing on-field promotions, contests, and fan activities.
Help recruit and coordinate contestants for in-game promotions and activities.
Assist with execution of all pre-game, in-game and post-game on-field promotions.
Help create a fun, energetic, and memorable game-day experience for fans of all ages.

Availability to work all Rox home games, which includes some nights and weekends
