Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and coordinating community outreach events, promotional campaigns, and local initiatives
• Represent the organization at community events, retail promotions, fundraising activities, and public engagement programs
• Engage directly with community members to provide information about programs, services, and upcoming events
• Support event setup, registration, logistics, scheduling, and on-site coordination
• Distribute promotional materials and communicate key program or event information to attendees
• Answer questions and provide professional customer service during community outreach activities
• Build positive relationships with community members, event attendees, and partner organizations
• Work collaboratively with marketing, outreach, and internal teams to support successful events and campaigns
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, event participation, and community feedback
• Assist with increasing brand awareness, community engagement, and public visibility

• High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus but not required
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, volunteering, events, sales, communications, or community outreach is helpful but not required
