Responsibilities

• Build strong, consistent relationships with providers, hospitals, case managers, and community partners.
• Increase referrals through regular outreach, follow-up, and field engagement.
• Visit provider offices to check in, ensure satisfaction, and identify new opportunities.
• Represent Basin at community events, health fairs, and job fairs
• Share marketing materials and gather insights from referral partners
• Track outreach activity, referral trends, and feedback
• Work with internal teams to support timely referral and admission processes
• Report progress toward outreach and referral goals
• Represent Basin with kindness, professionalism, and integrity
• Other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or healthcare administration (or equivalent experience)
• 1+ year in healthcare marketing, provider relations, or business development
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident with public speaking and representing an organization professionally
• Familiarity with healthcare referral processes and EMR systems
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Canva, and social media
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently under the direction of the Director of Marketing & Communications
