Job Description

Responsibilities

New Member Recruitment: Drive consistent monthly enrollment by connecting with MLTC plans, home care agencies, physicians, senior centers, and community organizations.
Community Outreach: Conduct weekly visits, presentations, and tabling events to build awareness.
Referral Management
Lead Conversion: Follow up with potential members and families to ensure authorization and enrollment.
Inactive Member Reactivation: Conduct visits, calls, and community touchpoints to bring inactive authorized members back.
Reporting: Submit weekly reports on leads, sources

Requirements

Experience in business development, community outreach, or Medicare/Medicaid brokerage.
Knowledge of MLTC programs and senior care services in the Bronx.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred.

Established relationships with home care agencies, care managers, and senior-serving organizations strongly preferred.
