Responsibilities

• Visit local referral sources (doctor offices, clinics, hospital discharge planners, senior centers, etc.) to maintain ongoing visibility.
• Build positive relationships with professionals who support seniors and families.
• Attend community events, fairs, and gatherings to promote Cherry Heights Living.
• Create simple social media posts to highlight community life and events.
• Support tours and inquiries when on-site, providing warm, welcoming assistance.
• Assist with basic move‑in coordination as needed.
• Offer light office support and driving assistance (errands, doctor appts., event support).
• Help with resident activities when needed.
• Represent our community with warmth, professionalism, and consistency.

Requirements

• Comfortable initiating conversations and building rapport.
• Friendly, professional communication style suited to healthcare and senior-serving environments.
• Organized, dependable, and able to work independently.
• Basic comfort with social media posting (no design or marketing strategy required).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel locally and attend occasional events.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
