Job Summary
Own in person neighborhood outreach in Vero Beach with weekend cadence and Spanish-speaking residents in mind.
- Outreach Execution: Lead local community presence at events and door-to-door touchpoints in Indian River County.
- Resident Engagement: Collect frontline observations, answer basic questions, and feed insights back to organizers.
- Operational Logistics: Distribute materials, deliver signs and door hangers, and support setup and cleanup of outreach activities.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Attend community gatherings and local events throughout Indian River County
- Distribute complimentary bottled water and informational materials
- Engage respectfully with residents and answer basic questions
- Assist with neighborhood outreach efforts
- Deliver door hangers to residential communities
- Install and maintain signs in approved and authorized locations
- Assist with setup and organization of outreach activities
- Represent the organization professionally at all times
- Provide feedback and observations from community interactions
