Responsibilities

• Build your list of apartment communities, property managers, employers, community organizations, and local events
• Call, email, and stop by to pitch events. Property managers are always looking for resident events, and your job is to make saying "yes" easy
• Keep the calendar full: about three events a week, booked a month or more ahead
• Set up, host, and break down every event
• Run the sign-up process so every lead lands in our system correctly
• Take photos and short videos at events for our marketing team
• Track what's working (venues, days, times, sign-ups) and send a short weekly recap
• Bring us new ideas. You'll see what works before anyone else does

Requirements

• Reliable vehicle, valid Colorado driver's license, and current auto insurance. Mileage reimbursed.
• Available for regular evening and some weekend events
• Comfortable with a smartphone, a CRM, and a shared calendar
• Able to lift and carry event supplies, around 30 pounds
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus.
