Drive end-to-end experiential programs for Chase, aligning with Community Business & Development and scaling across markets.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead experiential strategy and program design aligned to Community Business & Development priorities.
  • Develop scalable experience concepts, playbooks, and toolkits that can be deployed across markets.
  • Own end-to-end event/program delivery, including planning, production, logistics, and post-event follow-up.
  • Partner with Social, PR, and Communications to extend experiences through storytelling and amplification.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution with Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and business partners.
  • Manage vendor and agency partners, including scopes of work, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Ensure brand standards, customer experience quality, and risk/compliance requirements are met.
  • Define measurement approach for experiential programs and translate insights into improvements.
  • Build mechanisms to capture learnings and scale best practices across markets.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate or advanced degree in Marketing, Communications, Events, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in experiential marketing, events, or integrated marketing execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end experiential programs across multiple stakeholders and vendors.
  • Strong operational and project management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Experience managing budgets and vendor/agency performance.
  • 30% travel

Preferred

  • Experience designing scalable, repeatable experiences across multiple markets.
  • Experience integrating experiential programs with social, communications, and owned channels.
  • Experience with community-based programs and partnerships.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence in a matrixed environment.
  • Experience partnering with Legal/Compliance and operating within regulated requirements.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
