Engage fans at festivals, hotels, concerts, and partner events to drive interest and capture guest data.
Collaborate with event leadership to ensure smooth execution and maintain brand standards.
Promote offers and experiences while tracking performance against goals.

Job Description

Engage fans and guests at various indoor and outdoor venues in the valley including but not limited to, festivals, hotels, concerts, and partner events.
Book appointments to preview resorts and actively engage in face-to-face package sales and vacation package promotion.
Represent the brand with confidence, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
Start conversations that feel authentic—not scripted or transactional.
Qualify interest and capture guest information accurately.
Promote event-specific offers, incentives, and travel experiences.
Work closely with event leadership to ensure smooth on-site execution.
Maintain brand standards, setup, and presentation throughout the activation.
Review performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually.

High energy, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
Comfortable approaching and engaging people in busy, live environments.
Passion for sports, entertainment, travel, or hospitality.
Ability to quickly read guests and adapt conversations in real time.
Ability to work in and around the valley.
Reliable, punctual, and professional.
Comfortable working nights, weekends, and event schedules.

Sales, hospitality, promotions, or brand ambassador experience a plus (not required)
