The Grand is a premier active adult community in Surprise, Arizona, serving a vibrant 45+ homeowner association with exceptional amenities including championship golf, fitness centers, pickleball, tennis, clubs, events, and lifestyle programming.

We are seeking an experienced Community Manager to help lead community operations and support our leadership team. This position works closely with the General Manager and Board of Directors while overseeing key operational areas including facilities, membership & standards, technology, communications, and resident engagement.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of a large-scale HOA community
• Assist with strategic planning and organizational initiatives
• Serve in the capacity of General Manager when needed
• Collaborate with Board members, residents, and department leaders
• Oversee operational departments and special projects
• Support budgeting, capital projects, and resource planning
• Foster strong resident and community relationships
• Help drive communication, engagement, and service excellence

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in HOA management, property operations, hospitality, or related fields
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience managing budgets, operations, and multiple priorities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook 365
• Valid Arizona driver’s license required
